Winnebago Wiring Diagrams and 12VDC Schematics Access Issues

Looking in to check on an ongoing discussion and finding more trouble than help!
It looks like they are doing more changes and leaving us stranded on electrical drawings.
Is this what others are getting when trying to get to the electrical drawings?

It looks like it has been this way for maybe near two days now and no change seems to happen. I can go to the red "hamburger file" at top to get a link but it comes back to the same spot, pretty much killing any use we might make of it!
The online info is going downhill fast!

I get the same in Chrome, Edge and Brave and get the same but all others like plumbing are working so suspect they updated web page and they broke it. May reach out to customer service and they can get to web team, as I don's see any links for issues to web team

Over the last year or so, there seems to be a general trend in the online info that we used to have available to help us do our DIY projects and keep these RV running as they get older.
I see more and more of the info we need so badly is being remeoved or changed in ways that make it far less practical to try to maintain our specific RV.
That may sound like a lame complain due to not finding what I want at the moment but I might point out what makes me feel there is far more happening than a sloppy computer move, leaving the wiring diagrams out for a day or a week.
It's been a bit since I last had an RV, but after I sold the last one, I found I had a general interest in sorting out some of the things on the last RV and fully expecting to have another when the timing felt right. During Covid, we found travel less enjoyable than we wanted, with way too much "attitud" alll across the country, but we expected that to change eventually, so just hit "pause" for a bit!
But during the time we have not been doing the RV travle, I have been seeing the online info get lost, removed or downgraded in serious ways.
Things we have lost:
The wiring schematics that show us wire by wire how electrcial things connect is totally gone for the coach 12VDC! Big hit there for knowing how to fix things.
The chassis 12VDC was never very complete but I can excuse that as it really is not part of the RV that Winnebago builds. They got a pass on shorting us on info there!
But we did have a super handy "interactive parts catalog" which I found was a super tool. Not only were we able to srot throguh and look at many of the parts but we could turn the RV in all directiosn and zoom in to see lots of details. Really great drawings but a bit hard to learn. But once getting used to the controls we could actually do vital /handy things like look at the connections on each end of an inverter to spot things like hidden GFCI outlets that might be tripped. Great info on lots of those little parts you might not even know you had ----until you needed to rest that one small tripped item hidden on the backside and in a storage compartment or under a cabinet! If you know the switch is there, you can reach around the back and save you rtrip by flipping the switch back on! It was a great system!
They have done away with that system and replaced it with one of the worst programs I have ever tried to work with!
A new parts catalog that has so many glitches and things that are totally left out, that it is only slightly workable, if we are lucky enough that they include our part at all! Things NOT on the new system are so obvious that it can only be an intentional plan to leave things out. Things like the peipes between plumbing are often left out. That makes it really hard to spot where things might be frozen if you can look at a drawing to see where they may have put the pipe!

My plans to swap into another Winnebago have now been reduced by at least 20% and maybe not going to happen at all, as our travel plans have evolved.

I looked at the page source and found something that would every old system administrator cry:

That 12.0 goes back to 2007....

So something is really wack. If that's a temporary placeholder page it's a bad one. Really bad. Shitty html and bad security.

I suspect that is part of the problem? All the older people with real world experience are now deemed to be of no value by the new kid who just got his job last year because he was the owners son!

Naah, this is just a screwup, not a conspiracy.

Yep! The screwup comes when nobody checked the work for a couple days or more!

I am using Safari version 26.5 on a MacBook version 26.5.1 and still have access to wiring diagrams and plumbing diagrams for my 2015 Vista 27N as of 6/15/2026 4:05 PM CDT.

The content for that particular unit is unchanged from what it has been for many years.

This has been ongoing for several months, they break something, then eventually they get around to fixing it. Key word being "eventually" apparently they aren't fully testing the pages prior to posting them?

I downloaded all of my pages a while back and have them printed and stored where I can access them.
In the mean time you can email customer support and they will send you a copy of what you need.

Okay, I see the wiring list is back but still no schematics for the 12VDC side of things and that is where much of our problems come. But they have restored the basic list which is some help.

At least for the Vista motorized RV line, the last year that they published a full wiring schematic diagram was the 2013 model year. Not sharing wiring schematic diagrams started after that. Fortunately for me the Vista wiring is largely unchanged on my Vista 27N between 2013 and 2015 model years, so I find the 2013 diagram helpful.

As was stated above, it is a very good idea to download and save to your local computer every wiring and plumbing diagram available for your unit so that you will have them locally in case at some point in the future Winnebago removes them from their website.

Anyone know if the Winnebago dealer service departments still have access to these diagrams for the newer than 2013 models? I would hate to be a dealer trying to troubleshoot electrical without the schematic diagram on a newer than 2013 unit.
