We have a Winnebago 2019 Aspect 27K been to the shop 4 times for the same reasons either the slides go out crooked or return one side faster than the other.
Technicians or unable to correct this problem. Their answer is when the slide either goes out incorrectly, or comes in incorrectly to unplugged the yellow and white wire from the computer board, resetting the computer and try again. I know I need to find new technicians, but has anybody else had this problem and if so, how did they correct it?.

There are times when we do shoot our own foot? I'll let you review to see if this might change what you are getting!
Things like two slide motors or most anything will have one which is slightly slower than the other. Assuming you may have tow slide motros on each end of the slide?
If this is true, there are times when we need to try a different way of putting them out or in. the linkage on many of the ocmmon motors has a certqain amount of "slack" built in and if we hold the buttong for a few seconds after swe see it might be fully in or out, it can let the slower motros catch up and the links are made to work with this qwithout damage.
Perhaps try just holding the button a few seconds after most of the movement has stopped and see if that may let them "resycn" themselves?
Kind of one of those things that we may avoid doing as we want to be extra careful not to damage things!
One of the problems I have found with way too many RV techs is that they do not actually own an RV. That leaves a great big hole in their experience level on things that owners who use the RV over and over may find!

No warrenty on this but it is a cheap thing to try, Just get it full in or out and then hold the switch for a short 2-3 count? Not way long enough to overheat the motors but just enough to make sure both sides have reached the actual limit stops?

Motors are out of sync. I have the same coach but mine was adorned with a different slide system. Always make sure its level before putting slides in or out.

How to re-sync
