Winegard 360 not connecting to iPhone 2024 Adventurer 35F

We have a Wineguard 360 system in our RV and according to the manual we do not need to purchase a plan to be able to control our control center with our phones. We decided on not using their plan for two reasons, first, it is pricy and second, it’s only LTE, not 5G, the latest technology.

Unfortunately l haven’t been able to get my phone to connect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I searched on YouTube and found a few videos that claim to solve this issue. I didn't watch them all or all the way through because I don't have a Winegard 360. But you might try looking at those videos:
