The window shade above the dinette has fallen down on the left side in my 2022 Micro Minnie 1700BH I have tried screwing it back in but it wont stay. Any thoughts on how to repair it? It has very tight quarters to work with.

I have a 2024 Micro Minnie 2108DS, and the first time I pulled down on the shade the whole shade came down. It came apart from the mounting brackets. Long story short, I had my selling dealer order a new replacement shade under warranty. When it arrived, I reinstalled the new one with a fashioned center support bracket. Why it didn't have a center support in the first place is beyond me.

We took a trip down to Bamfield on Vancouver Island and all the valances on the blinds fell off. The problem is the way that they are cobbled together at the factory. They are clunky and ridiculous. Had my brother shop build new ones from very light materials and they are no longer a problem. The new valances are less than 30% of the bulk stock garbage ones made in the factory.
Unfortunately it is necessary to use a little glue to enhance the bond. The original ones made of bulky cheap chipboard covered in cheap plastic auto upholstery is not adequate at all, another common problem on these trailers unfortunately.:rolleyes:

We had the same problem - unfortunately far from home. If I recall correctly, I used bolts and tee nuts from a Home Depot to re-mount them.

Overall, I have been pretty amazed by the number of things that have failed in our Micro Minnie that was supposed to be all set for off-road. SOOO many things just vibrated apart on gravel roads! Many plumbing leaks, the blinds you posted about, screws anchoring the shower, ....

Outside of my window shade coming off, now I'm dealing with the cabinet drawer slide mounting screws pulling out of the wood drawer. The manufacturer used very small screws to fasten the drawer slides to the drawers - very poor design! If I was to use longer screws, the screws would protrude into the inside of the drawer. I was thinking about placing a piece of wood quarter round inside the drawer, and that way a longer screw would have more material to anchor to.

That's actually easier to fix. Either get screws that are one or two sizes larger in diameter, but the same length. Or glue dowel, toothpicks, etc in the hole and reuse the factory screws. I don't think they make loctite for wood, but you could add some adhesive like Loctite 2506271 on the threads when replacing the screws.
