Window Blinds

We have a 2010 WB Aspect 28B. It has these nice pull straight down blinds; some windows have one sheer blind inside another darker blind. Anyone know where I can find a users or owners manual that talks about how to tighten or retension them?

The lighter shade is for daytime sun shade. The heavier darker shade is for night. Thus the title: "Day/Night Shades".
As for tightening or loosening, mine have a screw at the bottom where the string screws the string down. There might be a plastic roller. Don't tighten too much, the string might break. It can be restrung but it is a pain.
