What is your CCC of your Winnebago?

The 8 seating positions with seat belts are so the 5 passengers can switch their seating positions and still be strapped in, not for 8 passengers to sit in the same seats the entire trip. All but the driver of course!

Mine is 2600 pounds with 4 people on board.
It's a Sightseer 35N.
Intended to buy one of the more expensive models but were surprised to find that the Sightseer had the highest CCC for a gasser(in 2004 anyway, don't know about now)which we needed since we fulltime.

My 36RD is rated for 5--2 in the bedroom, 2 on the Rest-Easy sofa, 1 on the dinnette.

Here are the factory numbers for my 36RD (built in Jan/Feb '05):

Actual weights with full LP, Fuel, and Water, empty Black and Grey tanks, driver (~190#), and maybe 50# of toolbox, etc.:

Left Right Axle
Front 5,100 4,980 10,080

Total 27,960

Adjusting for the driver and the tools, etc. that works out to a CCC of about 920# which is about 221# shy of the labelled CCC.

However, for 2006 Winnebago upped the front GAWR to 12,000 and the rear GAWR to 20,000 by changing the tires (and ONLY the tires). That added 2,590 to the GVWR. I plan to upgrade my tires as well when I replace the current ones.
