Water line repair 2000 Suncruiser

On the side of the RV there is a place to fill the water tank and it also has valves to let out black water etc. It is covered by what I am calling a water panel It is metal and screws but can't seem to get it off
My piping to screw hose on is behind it.

Again , it is a 2000 Itasca Suncruiser

Need to make sure this is the correct door as it sounds totally wrong to have to take screws out to get to items which are needed multiple times when we travel. Check carefully for a door on a compartment
A cover with screws sounds more like a cover for frig, water heater, etc. than the "wet bay" door?
But that is going on the idea that nobody has changed the design.

It is a thin cover that the water hose connection comes out of, and the black water tank release comes out of an a couple other things, a mounting panel so to speak

Richard, it's just the utility compartment panel. It's not something that needs to be removed to dump or use the water.

The question is... WHY do you want to remove it?

It's this white metal panel in this photo that all the water controls and hose bibs are mounted on:

You should be able to reach behind the panel to replace fittings. Is it in a place you can’t reach?

No on our RV the cover is metal and covers the whole opening

I am a close friend of McKenzie and helping get the panel image to you, but not sure of this method of transmission. Normally when I insert an "image" it is just a JPG picture and NOT a URL. Am I doing this correctly??
If not, would you please guide me through the correct process.

Okay, got the right idea--I think!
And it is a leak behind the large metal circle where one connects the hose?

I might first try removing the screws on the plate to see if there is enough slack in the lines to pull the connection forward enough to find/fix the leak as it may be something as simple as tighen the fitting, or something as bad as a frozen and broken line.

Not to be rude but worth mention also to be sure the leak is not fooling you and a new faucet washer in the fitting so that is sealed can be an easy one to miss??
Might if I insult you a bit if it saves you a lot of grief?

I is broke off behind the panel, it blew off an no hose was attached.

Maybe we are getting down to some ideas!
I think I've found what looks like the same panel and connections as in your picture and the drawings I found. Compare pic one and two as what you have?
I think F6 is the problem, correct?

Then in the third pic, I did some markups on getting the panel out. Looks like three screws going up, probably out of sight, to hold the top of the metal but maybe some adhesive/sticky at each edge?

I would first try to see if getting the screws out and any sticky loose will let the panel swing out far enough to get behind. Looking at the last picture which is the view from back, it looks like all the lines go off to the right as pictured (left from front) and "maybe" you can swing it for accesss.

Care not to bend too hard as it appears to be PVC or CPVC which are semi-rigid plastic as they will bend some but don't want to break them!

But the bigger problem is likely to be the faucets as it takes some disassembly . If you can't get to in to fix what you find broken behind the panel, then much of the front items have to be removed to get the whole panel out of the way.

To remove the faucet if it has to bedone, I would expect some way to get the handles off, maybe just pull off, set screws in the edge or a top cover hiding a screw in the center of the handle? Then under the handles, likely a nut of some sort to remove to get the bonnet/cover off and finally down to remove the body nuts holding it to the metal. Much guessing there!

This may be a place where it's like cancer and you have to keep cutting back until you get all the bad stuff out, so having the right tool to cut in confined space may be worth a lot. One I might consider is a PVC cutter as it makes it simple to snip a good connection, instead of sawing and leaving a rough edge to deal with as you solvent weld the new parts in.

Do some reading on the solvent weld thing if not done it but it is actually pretty easy if you do it good and through on prep work. Just a fancy name for glue?

See if that gets anything moving?
