Hi everyone - As you can see from my signature I have an 03 Winnebago Brave. The wall paper border in the bedroom and bathroom is constantly coming undone. The border is stickybacked but no matter how many times I stick it back down, it comes up again. I assume this is because of the humidity in the bedroom and bathroom.

Is there any easy solution to this?

Pete B Hi, I had the same problem on a border in bedroom up near the ceiling molding.

I went to Home Depot or any good wall paper store they have a "vinyl" wall paper glue in a tube that will do the trick.

When I added a border in bath an kitchen areas I pre-pasted with it also. It is workable until it starts to set,

you will not see it peel off again.---"007"

3M # 94 tape primer will do the trick. Google search it and then go to the 3M
home page to find a local distributor. Someone on this forum recommended a tape seller on the web but I can't remember their name.

Don't use the spray can version unless you're really good with the masking job.
By the way, the primer goes on the wall paper attached to the wall, not the boarder falling off.

If you can't find the primer, go to an office supply store and get # 924 adhesive transfer tape and put that on the wall. (3M # 924 is also known as #987, or # 465 - same 2 mil adhesive)

Clean the wall paper surface too.

Pete B,

I had this same situation occur to me. The best remedy is to call Winnebago and report same. They had a bad batch of wallpaper borders at least on the 03's and will replace same under warranty or good will if your coach is out of warranty, such as mine and I have 31,000 miles presently.

I would not fool around with trying to fix it, get it done right.

I removed all the border in the coach and replaced it with regular wallpaper border. It goes much better with the decor.

We had the same problem. Removed it from the bedroom and kitchen. No seams or areas that look unsightly. Used orange cleaner to remove sticky stuff.
The bathroom ended up having a seam, so we had the dealer replace it under warranty. It still comes off over time???

....Elmers white glue and hold it in place temperary with scotch book tape.....guarr-un-teed!.....geofkaye

We had border print behind the sink and under the micro/convection oven... kept peeling so I just took it off. Actually, I think it looks less cluttered without it.
