Vista Outdoor Kitchen Issue

Hey everyone,

This is my first RV and we went with the Vista 29VE. Love the coach but some minor issues with outdoor kitchen (others too but this is priority for football season).

The outside fridge doesn't seem to have enough ventilation and overheats. Warm beer after 6hr drive NOT fun. I pulled the fridge out and it worked great in my garage. I noticed their is a vent behind the fridge but it goes under the bed into the sealed area where the fresh water is stored. Therefor no circulation.

Has anybody come across this issue and how did you fix it?

I was thinking of installing a "fart fan" for a bathroom with thermostat?

Thanks,

Ken

bayhooker, should not take a lot of ventilation. Do you have power to the unit when you are on the road? Inverter on or the generator running and plugged in.

I have the inverter on while on the road. The sides of the mini fridge however are very hot and I believe its due to the kitchen area not having any ventilation.
