Vista 21B Awning Beeping please help!!!

The awning keeps beeping about every 30 sec. I have changed the batteries twice and it still beeps. Cut all power by turning off coach battery for a reboot. Still beeps. Nothing can be easy can it. I also down loaded the carefree app and it does not see the awning when searching.

Which batteries did you change out? It sounds like you already know and did this, but the beep is the motion sensor.. it's a buzz coming from the motor, which is on the right side. You will need to ensure there are new batteries in the motion sensor and wait 10 mins to repair itself to the module. When that doesn’t work you can do it manually in the carefree connects app. The instructions are in the support area of their website.

If that doesn’t work you can eliminate the power to the awning completely under the passenger seat. The proper fuse is marked.

Good luck. Once you get these issues sorted I think you’re going to really enjoy the 24D. It’s an awesome designed floor plan.

Part of the problem on looking for any answer is that I find no Vista 21B?
The info is listed by year first and then model and floorplan but doing a quick check of various years, I find no 21B listed, so no way to look for info on an unknown RV!

Richard, it's an early 2000's built on a Volkswagen chassis.
