VEGATRON TOUCH SCREEN NEED HELP
We own a 2017 Winnebago Grand Tour and have been experiencing persistent issues with the screen turning off 2 to 3 times per month, requiring us to reset it each time. We have been informed that this is a common problem for this model year. Has anyone found a solution for this issue? We suspect it might be a software problem and would prefer not to replace any parts if that's the case. We've read about others who have replaced the circuit board multiple times, only to encounter the same issue again.
