Had a tps system on my class c but cannot seem to find any valve stem extensions that will work on my Vista without making modifications to my wheel covers. Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
I would go to a tire shop and consult with them. It may be your Tire Pressure Monitoring System is incompatible with your Vista wheels.

Instead of placing your TPM sensor on an extension, consider placing it on the present valve stem. Then when you need to add air, screw an extension onto the sensor, and remove it when finished. This way you remove a source of a possible air leak.
I can squeeze my hand holding a sensor between my dual tires if I roll the MH and position the stem at 4 or 8 o'clock first.

I would not bother with tpms caps. Spend the extra money for internal wheel bands with transmitters. Don’t have to mess with on and off caps!
 
I find that I need to "mess" with the air pressure and settings for a time until I find what limits to set for alarms. Different tires in different locations on the RV tend to heat in different ways and that leaves me needing to adjust the tire pressure more often than I like until I get it in the right range. All that adjusting and playing with pressure makes me willing to do a bit extra while home and tools and time are on hand.
One thing I wind up doing once going with TPMS is setting them for the maximum ease of workng with them and that means making sure they are easy to get to without lots of drama!
I form some type of mount that holds the sensor solidly so that it doesn't swing around in circles as the tire rotates, than for ease of placing that solid mount, I use flex lines between the sensor location and the tire stem. One way to help cut the odds of leaks is to add just a touch of Loctite to the threads of the extention as I put it all together. Avoid getting it on the valve! Blue loctite can be taken apart when needed but it holds against the normal vibration to avoid leaks!
I prefer to work an issue once and be done, rather than a recurring trek trying to get things aired correctly.
Maybe do a check of some trucks in a parking lot to see what they do?
 
We have a 2019 29VE, which probably has the same wheels as yours. We used the TST 507 Tire Minder system for several years on our original tires. I had to put stems on the outside tires in the back but otherwise they worked fine.

When we replaced our tires this year, I purchased metal stems from Borg. Here is the product we purchased: DL3FCFR Chrome Duallyvalve Kit w/Front Stems

These stems are great. They fit well and are easy to access the duallys in back. If you go this route, you will need a tire shop to install them.

I recommend buying Borg DuallyValve kits for all six tires/wheels of your 2015 Vista LX 27N. Buy them online at YourTireShopSupply.com. Here is the link to the Web page for their products for the Ford F-53 chassis.

Gather up the information on your chassis:
1) Chassis year made (the VIN will tell you)
2) Wheel material
3) Whether or not you have "decorative" wheel covers, and if you know it, what manufacturer and model of the covers
4) Number of studs on each wheel
5) Number of handholes on each wheel and their size and shape

and then call YourTireShopSupply. When I called, the woman helped me select the correct products. And, she helped me by sending replacement parts quickly when the tire shop installed the stems with the incorrect parts from the kits, then threw away the correct parts. Great customer service!

You should select your installer carefully! I didn't.

Note: The handhole stabilizers go in the wheels, not in the wheel covers.

I see you are very thorough! Have you considered the internal band option so you don’t have to keep taking the caps on and off to adjust pressure? I don’t trust the pass-through caps even more than the ones you have to remove to add air.

I also have never used the pass through type sensor as it seemed it would add more bulk to an item that "felt' it might be too much already?
But there are far more things I don't know than the small amount I have learned!
Part of my process was to keep all the work involved inhouse to avoid the trauma of hiring things done and having to redo half of it! I often find I may not know what I am doing but I do try to be awake when doing my job!
Not sure half the folks I hire could say that!

I like to keep any repair problems in areas where I can see and fix the problems as much as practical. Maybe it works and suits others but when I sell an RV and the new owner doesn't want the TPMS, I collect the sensors and move to the new RV!

I follow your thought process! Most automobiles come with internal sensors and I never heard of people objecting to them. Also, rv tires are only good for 5 years. You’ll be removing the tires anyway to make repairs and in the interim, if one were to go out you can add the cap style on that one tire until you change the tires. That’s my thought process, a lot less effort actually to keep your pressure’s accurate or to change the pressures based on weight you add or subtract during uses. Cheers!

When I had no money, I felt I had to look at the options much more critcally than now.
I sometimes think I now spend more on bird seed than I used to on groceries!
