Using a Roadmaster Brake Compressor to Fill Tires or Air Bags

Good Afternoon, I have a 2004 Winnebago WF329B I just purchased, it came with a Roadmaster Braking system that I am not going to use at this time, has anyone converted/disconnected and use it just as an air compressor for filling tires or airing up the air suspension bags? Thanks

Well Sir,
I'm not familiar with that particular brake unit but I'm suspecting that like pretty much all auxiliary brake units that may use a tiny compressor for their operation, that just it, it's a TINY compressor. Meaning, there's very little volume and most likely, not all that much pressure involved in its operation either. This is all just a guess but using logic, I myself wouldn't mess with such a tiny compressor for extra heavy duty requirements of filling or even topping off RV tires of any size. Just my thoughts.

Fire up is right.
I suspect you misunderstand the terms. Roadmaster air over hyd brakings systems does not mean it uses air pressure to stop the vehicle. It is an auxillary braking system for a towed vehicle.
The air pressure device offered for your Class C is air springs, and use a very small 12V air compressor to keep an onboard storage tank pressurized.
