Toward Retirement -2020 Sunstar 29VE

Hello, another new member here. We recently purchased a 2020 Sunstar 29VE and we are looking forward to the full time life as soon as we sell the house. My wife (Mrs CarpeDiem) has been retired for quite some time and I am still working part time. That will end two weeks after we get a signed contract on the house. This is our fourth “camper”, fifth if you count tents. So we aren’t new but it’s our first Winnebago. We are excited to join the ranks, and look forward to being involved.

Great! Enjoy retirement. I retired 18-months ago and love it. We only travel in the RV 4-months a year. But it works for us.

After I retired (sold my business) I wondered how I ever got anything done when I was working.

Good luck on the impending sale, the move into the Sunstar and hitting the road Full-Time.

Do you have the first few months planned out or are you winging it for now?

Thanks for the kind words. Plans are to visit some friends for the first couple months and hang close to Florida at first.
