to buy or not to buy a 2018 Winnebago Intent 26M

Title says it all. Looking for an RV for my wife and me to travel and campground a few weeks at a time. Wide open for suggestions but now looking at a new 2018 Winnebago Intent 26M. I don't know why a 2018 would still be new but I think the price is right. Your thoughts.

No opinion, but could it be 2018 is the date of the chassis and the coach was assembled later, so maybe a 2019?

I found that looking at floor models a year old or so was about the same as a used one. You get the one year warranty too.
