I just watched the video below of your motorhome. It is really nice! May you have many safe journeys and wonderful adventures in it.

thinking about buying a 35F , any issues to be aware of? any plumbing leaks?
 
No issues, the waste valve on the 1/2 bath had to be reinstalled when we first got it. It was not quite lined up properly. Other than that no issues. Do use bungy cords to keep the TVs from rattling and bouncing around while driving.
 
There are some really good places to search out lots of things we can't see, like plumbing!

It shows the plumbing is standard PEXand if the correct fittings are used, I know of no big issues. You may have gotten the wrong info but I also like to check "stories" I get as we get some really big lies!
With RV plumbing we can look at the line drawings or the interactive to find where to look and what they tell us. Then I like to go look!

But I like the interacive as it lets me turn the RV all around and do it without crawling. It also tells me what materils should be there.
I might think this shower prone to freezing lines before some other spots?

Looks like standard PEX and that can be more tolerant of freeze than PVC! Red and blue is handy for ID by eyeball?
