Greetings from De Leon Springs, Florida

I have the feeling I am going to enjoy the new motorhome. I hesitated to make the Thor Citation my own. However, this new SunStar 27N seems to be begging for solar and amateur radio antennas.

We have been to the beach for a weekend and another weekend to Key West. Next week we are off for six days to Tennessee and Georgia. This summer we expect to go to Wyoming and points west. Late summer maybe a trip to New England and maybe as far as Nova Scotia.

I am currently getting about 8.4 MPG. But that included a night with the generator running one of three nights. So, I suspect I was a bit closer to 10 MPG.

You can find me most mornings checking into the RV Service Net on 7.191 MHz and later to the Senile Net on 14.287 MHz.

Hello and welcome, and congrats on the new RV! Half the fun of RVing is personalizing the rig, so be sure to share your mods and upgrades with us. And post some pics of the new rig; we all like to see.
