I recently replaced all the shocks which greatly improved ride comfort and handling. I would like to know if sway bars would improve handling even more and/or is there another type of suspension product I should consider? Not sure what they look like so assume sway bar was not done in 2008.

I am not aware of anything, other than the Safe-T-Steer, but Roadmaster, and Ultra could tell you if something exists, Which shock did you go with?

I put Bilsteins on our 04 Journey 34, Was much better, 6 years later put Koni on, WOW Huge difference running interstate with trucks passing. Buy Koni shocks! Also replace sway bar bushings with Factory bushings, Not rubber, to stabilize steering. No more white knuckle driving

Yes, I put heavy duty anti-sway bars on a 2016 and it made a huge difference in the handling. My current MH came with the better anti-sway bars so I decided to install a rear trak-bar which greatly reduces the tail waggle from passing trucks.

Dusty did you make those upgrades to a gasser or a diesel pusher? The OP is asking about a diesel pusher.

No worries, they sounded a lot like the things I did to my gasser to make it easier to drive.
