Suggestions for Propane Side Burner?

I usually cook on a Weber Traveler that rolls neatly across the front storage of my 2018TB. It's adapted to use the trailer's propane quick connect on the right rear side.
I'd like to add a stand-alone "regular" size single burner for making morning coffee or cooking smelly stuff like onions/garlic outside in a skillet.

Can anyone recommend a decent quality burner than easily adapts to our standard quick connects? (It needs to have its own control valve, not on the regulator)

Get one of those butane stoves, fast, cheap and portable!

We use the jet boil two burner Genesis camp stove. Outstanding piece of equipment! Not the cheapest, but with fry pan, large pot with cover it does everything we need. I was originally going to remove regulator to use with on board propane, but find it is so quick I really don’t use much gas, so just run the disposable tanks.
Before the TT I used it for coffee daily, etc. now the Keurig is so darn easy on 2k inverter… we just use it for stinky stuff outside!
