Stovetop exhaust fan is not working 2014 View

Our stovetop exhaust fan is not working. I have checked the 12v fuse panel and all are fine. There is a black fuse od some sort that has a switch that looks like a toggle that doesn’t move. I have replaced that. Still no power to the fan or the built-in lights. The fan quit first and about two weeks later the lights became inop as well. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Get a known 12v source and test the fan and lights independently. Then move on to the wiring if they are good.
