Slimrack Slideout Stuck 2018 Vista 27N

Our slide out is stuck in and I am trying to figure out how to extend it so I can reach the motor which is up against a wall. The controller shows that there is a major fault with motor 2. Motor 1 seems to work. The troubleshooting flow chart says to add 12v power to motor but I'm not sure how to do that. Any help would be appreciated. 2018 Vista 27n Slimrack slide

I don't know your coach construction so these are just WAG suggestions based on mine. 1) remove outside slide trim to gain visibility to motor - look for loose connection. 2) Use same process and see about disengaging motor (usually by lifting up). 3) There may be a command sequence in your manual that will electrically disengage to motors so the slide can be pushed out. 4) Call WBGO help line for suggestions. 5) Go on LCI website / call line for suggestions.

And - try switching controller motor input lines to see if its really the motor.

Thanks, yes I did that and it was still the same motor not working.
