Slide is stuck in closed position 2018 Micro Minnie 2108DS

We have a 2018 Micro Minnie 2108DS. The slide is stuck in the closed position. We tried the electronic override but did not work. Can we open it manually? We put in a new battery. One side tries to work and you can hear the other side buzz but does not open. Can anyone help? Butch

Upgrade to a Vroom system and you will not be plagued with slide issues again!
