After we adjust our levels with the controls, the control flickers. Is this normal? It pumps to the air level we want, then the number readings go out, but the control lights flicker (blink).

I have a Sleep # Bed with a single controller (button to select sides). No buttons blink on mine. Like the bed a LOT!

Our MH Sleep Number bed has two wired controllers, and they both flicker. The bed in the stick house has one wireless contoller and it does not flicker.
I don't know if this is normal or not.

We have dual controls and they flicker. In the dark they're almost like mini night-lights. I turn mine towards the wall in the remote mount...I like the room very dark and even that little bit of light bothers me.

Duals and a faint flicker. Doesn't seem to affect the operation. We love the bed.

I think what you are observing is a normal phenomena for all types of digital displays. Typically digitaly displays are 'strobed' to refresh them. Usually they are strobed at a little faster rate than the eye can discern (persistance) like watching a traditional film movie.

Our dual control 'flickers' as well but it is no cause for alarm.

I agree with John. Ours does the same thing, but we have never had a problem with it. I guess it's just one of those "things" that happen with these "new" inventions.

We have dual controls too and both have a faint flicker. Has anyone else noticed that both controls can't be used at the same time to air up/down? Enjoy the bed.

We both seem to reach for the control the same time at bed time after we have done a huge altitude change - never noticed a contention issue.

John,
JFI, my instruction booklet does state that 'only one control will be reconized at a time, in the case of dual demand', and mind does work this way. (sometimes)

For whatever it's worth. currently my bed is having one bladder and the pump replaced under warranty. The bladder leaks on one side and the pump suddenly pumps up to 100 lbs. when resetting to 55 lbs.

Best,
