Shower skylight replacement 2022 Micro Minnie 2108FBS

Hi all

I own a 2022 FBS 2108 Micro Minnie. I broke the external domed clear shower skylight while putting the RV cover on, and I need to replace it.
I didn't find much information here; therefore I am asking the community.
If this ever happened to you, did you replace it with the same part or did you take a different route and found a different solution?
The replacement seems to be straight forward, but the quality of the product makes me think that after a decent amount of UV exposure the thing gets really brittle and prone to crack and it will have to be replaced every couple of years regardless of how careful we are.
Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Pablito. I had a 2019 2108FBS where the bathroom skylight cracked on it's own about 2 years after I got it. Small hairline crack and luckily it leaked right into the shower pan. So if Winnebago is using the same vendor/manufacturer for them, I think there are better quality options out there. I replaced mine in 2021 with a brand on Amazon (Specialty Recreation) and it was much longer lasting.
My option now in my 2022 2108FBS FLX was to have the entire roof, skylight included, AeroArmored. My unprofessional opinion is if those skylight domes are exposed to enough sunlight and weather, they will eventually fail.
