I think you have the correct plan in mind but I might pointout some ideas to consider. It is not that anyone item will overload the braker or any part of the deal, but more often it is the total of a number of things combined that will over load it. You might want to consider testing the air running but do it when you have turned off most of the other loads. Just like not using the dishwasher at the same time?
The air is the big est load but it has a better chance of not tripping the breaker if the air and converter are not running at the same time!
One way to try things, as long as you know where to fix the tripped breaker, is to turn off the battery disconnect switch and reduce all the loads you can when wanting/needing some cooling. The batteries do not directly add to the load on the AC power but when we use batteries, the converter tends to come on to replace that DC power we use! Same result but a round about way to get there?
If we think of rotating different loads on at different times, we can get the use of several things, just at different times. For instance, I might consider turning all the loads off that I can find but trying the air for a few hours to cool things before I want to go to bed!
Maybe it trips the house breaker but that is not a super biggie if we know where to flip it on and only use what works at any given time.
Or maybe run the generator for a bit if not a problem where you live? Maybe a bit of roughing it but certainly several steps above a tent in a field!

You should be good, the TV will take next to nothing but your converter could use a fair amount if switched on.

Whoever tapped that dishwasher circuit for a general use receptacle did a no no. NEC only allows a dishwasher circuit to be shared with a disposal and that's only if both appliances together do not exceed the total circuit rating.

UPDATE: We are still looking into getting a 30A and/or 50A service installed on the outside of our home, for this purpose. We will not be attempting to run the RV A/C on an extension cord of any kind.
However, last question .... there shouldn't be any problem running just the RV TV and 1 RV ceiling light on an extension cord plugged into a normal 15A outlet that is already on the outside of the home, right? (I.e. until we can get the 30A and/or 50A service installed on the outside of our home.)
When I installed an RV service on the outside of my garage, I installed a 50 amp RV outlet with a dual 30 amp breaker in my home service panel. This allowed me to use 10 GA wire instead of the 6 ga required for 50 amp service. It gives me 60 amps, which is more than I will ever need in my driveway. My RV service panel has a display that shows the type of service or generator connected. The RV thinks it has 50 amp service. If it ever drew over 30 amps on either leg, it would simply trip the dual 30 amp breaker on my home service panel.
 
We have a Micro Minnie FLX with a Truma AC and a GE 12v fridge. We've had the trailer plugged into a 20A circuit in our garage for the last two days as we get ready for a journey. It's been over 112 here in Glendale, Az and the fridge and AC have been working overtime. No issues. Two 200w solar panels and 320 Ah lithium battery helps.

I ran my a/c in Arizona off 15a circuit for 3 days along with TV. I did add a soft start to my GE a/c unit. No problems in 3 years
