Roof ladder loose/worn? 2018 Micro Minnie 2108DS

I've noticed the components of the ladder to roof have become slightly loose and wobbly over time. it does not SEEM overtly unsafe, BUT I would not want to find out the hard way :-( There are 4 points of attachment to trailer, two at top, two at bottom - these do NOT appear loose. Each of the 4 have a short circular tube running to ladder itself. This is where the wobble occurs. It is not clear how or if this could be tightened. thank you.

I don't have opne to look close but this sopundslike it may be a simple sleeve for appearnace over a much stronger "bolt" if we can call it that? We want the ladder itslef to not bow in or out as we climb so expect no movement there but the sleeve may rotate or wiggle if we try to turn it. Nice shiny thing to hide the big ugly all thread that does the work?
