Roof Bubbles on 2017 Minnie Winnie 31K

Hey guys,


2017 Minnie Winnie 31K. I have two about 1-foot x 4-inch raised bubbles in the roof about 3 feet from the rear. Almost appears to be like delam. I tried to get a photo, but it wasn't showing up well. I am surprised to not only see the bubble, but in its location it is not close to any roof penetration.



What could cause it? Leak? Assuming leak and it is fixed, are the bubbles anything to worry about?

According to Winnebago a few random bubbles in the roof material are not a problem that needs addressing.

I have had two bubbles in my roof for 4 years and they have not led to any issues.

As to "delam" your roof is only loosely "laminated. It is glued down with a kind of spray on adhesive to a 1/8" thick 3-ply Lauan board. The Lauan is spray adhesive glued to Styrofoam. That's it. Nothing more. No trusses, no metal or wood supports. This sandwich construction makes up your roof system.

Some folks are so bothered by the bubbles they use a syringe to inject glue int the bubble and then roll it down. But that just puts a hole in your roof where there was none previously.

Is this consistent with the class C flat roof like my Minnie Winnie has? I know the class A roofs have a weak spot where is rolls over, but the Winnie roof system is different (at least in that aspect). I also believe there are roof trusses going across, but I could be wrong.
