Review: ABC Bus Company RV Repair, Faribault, Mn

Is that allowed?

Anyway we just got our coach back from them in Faribault, Mn yesterday. They did a complete servicing on both coach and genset as well as repair on our whole side slide out which had a motor out.

They are not cut rate and do charge (what we consider a fair price), for their labor, but they stand behind what they do.

We have had experience with them and our old coach when they repaired a dented compartment door by getting a new one manufactured because there were no replacements available. They then repainted it three times at their own expense before they were satisfied with the match. (They did that of their own volition).

They rebuilt a basement Heat Pump/AC for us on our 2002 Journey.

Anyway, enough. They have a dedicated RV Department with RV trained techs as well as a new Mobile Repair Service.

Every time I do an endorsement like this it comes back to burn me, but for folks looking for quality repair service I do think they are very good. ABC Bus has many locations and I don't know if they all work on RVs, but Faribault does.

I don't know the forum rules but I AM fully in favor of letting the folks who do good work get the benefit of that!
I often complain about the work we have had done. But that is because it was BAD work.

I second the comment that ABC Bus in Faribault MN is a reputable company. I first used them back in 2005 for routine oil changes. They have done more intensive service for me since then - always quality work at a fair (but not cheap) price. I also use Expert RV in Oronoco, MN for service now since they are closer to where I live. Expert is well established, does high quality work at fair prices, and pretty much sticks to their schedule estimates. You might have to wait weeks to get an appointment, but when your time comes they are ready for you and get you turned around as estimated.
