Researching Minnie 1708 to purchase new in 2021

Hello! I’m Allison. I had a tent trailer for many years but as I’m retiring (aka “old”) I am upgrading. The Winnebago Minnie 1708FB checks all the boxes. I’m still doing more research before I place my order. I want to do some cold weather trips. What else should I keep in mind to have included before I order?

I have a Toyota Tacoma V6 with tow package but it is a manual transmission. I’m hoping that will work as I live in the Colorado high country (near Rocky Mountain National Park). I frequently travel over mountain passes.

Good luck on your new trailer and retirement. You'll get lot's of opinions pro and con on towing with the Tacoma. IMHO, it will be far less than ideal, especially in the Rockies.
