I have recently purchased a 2006 Itasca Suncruiser 33V. The fluorescent bulbs in the center ceiling are not very bright. They are 15 watt T8 bulbs. I bought some LED's at Home Depot and replaced first one bulb, and then the second. It looked great, but I turned them off and then back on, but they didnt light. I put 1 fluorescent back in, and both bulbs worked. I turned then on and off a couple of times and they worked fine. If I left them off for a minute though and then turned them back on, the Led delayed 5 seconds before turning on. Can I not use LED's? Is there a pin length difference? I like the fixtures (trimmed with wood), but do I need to replace the whole fixture. The coach is plugged in btw to 110.

I tried changing mine in my 2005 Suncruiser 38J, to no avail. Finally figured out the original fluorescents have a ballast/starter that the LED's don't like to work with. I took all the fluorescent parts out, then mounted my LED's with short screws and brackets that came with them and joined the wires together and now have working LED's inside the original light fixtures. Works good.

Are these the four lined up along the ceiling as in this drawing?

That would seem to be 12VDC lights and I might expect that to mean a different bulb?
Not a lamp guy but just my thoughts.
Possible the Home Depot bulbs are for 120VAC?
