Replacing Awning motor and fabric 2013 Minnie Winnie 31K

I have a 2013 Minnie Winnie Class C model 31K and I need to replace the awning motor and the fabric. Does anyone have any thoughts on purchasing an OEM brand thru Amazon? Also, what is the length and width of the fabric? The awning is not extending out but I already verified that the motor is bad. The fabric is cracked which is why I would like to replace that as well.

According to Winnebago you have a 20ft awning. The fabric will be around 19ft. It also says 8.5ft extended

In 2019 we ran into severe sidewinds in Utah. So severe that they bent the supports inside the awning motor housing. We were able to secure the awning and continue our drive to Texas. Once settled in for a couple of weeks, we were able to order a new motor assembly from Amazon to fit our awning make. Verify your awning model and see what you can find. It wasn't too difficult to replace. Awning fabric, another interesting story, freak wind gust, ripped it in two, but I let an awning replacement company handle that.

I was able to replace the awning motor; it wasn't too bad. The awning fabric looks like it is more involved. I'm thinking about hiring someone to replace it.
