I have a 2000 Brave that has significant roof delamination where the filon and Luan are separating. If I replaced the roof with a new one, the roof itself would be worth more than the rig. Has anyone ever heard of the filon cap being removed completely and being replaced with another roofing method? I am not concerned about cosmetics. Thanks!

RV Armor seems to be the best choice. I looked into it as a precaution. IIRC it was going for about $225 a linear foot depending on what needs to be done. RV Armor is done is a shop setting where they can control the environmental conditions. There is a similar roof system called Flex Armor where they come to you and do the instalation. No clue on the cost of that.
