Good Morning Ladies and Gents,

I have to replace both Headlight assemblies on my 2007 Journey 39K. Does anyone know of an easier way to accomplish this. I fought with the passenger side assembly all afternoon and still am having issues with getting it situated.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Tom

I had to replace mine on 2007 Journey 36G took it to Freightliner in PA they charged me $1,400.00 in labor and they let me take the coach with just one light working and no high beams last summer took it to Lazy Days when I got home and another $1,000.00 in labor later I have headlights that work and are aimed correctly including daytime running lamps and high beams. By the way I supplied the brand new replacement light assemblies to Freightliner.

Make sure you get exact replacements as these newer after market replacements have led bulbs with small cooling fans protruding in the back of the bulbs and won’t fit you’ll have to change out the bulbs to a halogen silver star or similar. Get a quote first or suffer the consequences.

Tom, Have you completed? Do you have any advice for me? Or pictures? Also, once installed, is there a way to adjust these? I'm thinking about either TYC or some halogen projector lights.

I replaced both of mine in my 2007 Journey 39k and it took about 8hrs per side with a tool fetcher. In hindsight sight it may be easier to remove the front apron. My headlight housings were 96-98 Pontiac Grand Am which I found for a fraction of what Mobility RV Parts wanted.
