Please Help Find Water Leak 2023 Micro Minnie 2108FBS

We own a 2023 Micro Minnie 2108FBS, bought new in fall of 2023. We have water coming in from somewhere and can not figure out the source. At first we thought it was from rain through the wheel flashing. Took everything off and tighten screws, relaced caulking and resealed everything from the outside of the wheel. At the same time we replaced the water pump under the sink as there was puddling under the pump, but only when the water heater was turned on.
We thought everything was fixed, then on the last rain, this puddling showed up on top of the wheel well under the sink in kitchen. See images.
We sprayed water from the hose on this side and from the top of the unit. No water appeared from our test.
Best we can think of is wait for another rain and hope to catch it again. But still not sure where this is coming from.

Last year that's the same place mine leaked, and I did a temporary bush fix and test since I was in the mountains. I put gorilla tape over the entire outside fender edge where it meets the outside wall. Leak stopped.

Then I had the dealership address it.

Then two weeks ago I decided to pull that same fender because it was obvious the dealership didn't recaulk. When I did, I wasn't impressed. So, I remove both strips of putty (one over the sheet metal seam and the other in the channel on the backside of the fender's top). Then I did a good caulk job, and I did the other fender under the slide out too.

I'm surprised you couldn't duplicate the leak with the garden hose. I was able to make it leak and then test my fix.
