Picking up my new (to us) RV

Going to Texas to pick up a 2013 Itasca Ellipse 42QD. Very excited to join the motorhome community after full timing in a Teton fifth wheel for 9 years. I have a lot to learn!

Double check that Shwintek slide by running it a few times. That was the 1st year for them and there were a lot of issues with that year and slide mechanism.

The slide mechanism was changed out to the new version about a year ago by the current owner. But thanks. Good advice.

Welcome. You will have less to learn than you think after pulling a big 5th wheel. The back end follows the front and sometimes it tries to take a short cut. hehehe. Enjoy.
