Pantograph Windshield Wipers Misaligned 2005 Journey

My 2005 Journey is equipped with pantograph wipers. That is the kind that start in the middle of the split windscreen and move out in parallel. In the stopped position one is two inches lower and two inches closer to the center than the other. I have been searching high and low for an adjustment with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to correct this mismatch?

I appreciate you input but in this case there is no adjustment on either arm or anywhere eles that I can fine.

I spoke too soon about adjusting the arm, I was going by my old Allegro, that did have adjustments on the arms; sorry.
I went and looked at Winnebago, no transfer arm adjustment either.

I don't know how I missed this. The tapered/spined insert was there all the time. So Simple!!
