We couldn't be more excited to hit the road! We are first time RV owners, new rolling home rookies with big adventure dreams! We purchased our motorhome at Crestview in Buda, Texas. They set it up in their private RV park and gave us an hour and a half orientation as well as let us stay there free overnight so we can get a feel for things. They helped answer questions in the morning to learn how to tear things down, what a great experience! We'll be taking her out this weekend, on a solo trip, wish us luck. (Only an hour from home for the first trip.)
We can't wait to learn, laugh, and maybe mess up a few things along the way....hahaha. Please drop a few beginner tips, must haves, or epic camping spots below. See ya'll out there, wave if you see us rolling!!!!!

Congrats and Welcome.

Camping at the dealer and immediately taking a short close by trip is the absolute best way to get into your new motorhome.

It’s not at all uncommon for things to be missing, misinstalled or broken right out of the gate. So your actions can help you find those things before the dealer totally forgets you and becomes less amenable to performing quick repairs. Which dealers say will not happen but almost always does.
