Well it is Sat and the trip was to start tomorrow. But the Fridge has a fault code *LI* oP flashing on the light board. The manual says "The high temperature switch is open"
I have called 2 service departments that I have done business with in the last few weeks and one doesn't work Sat and the other decided not to bring in a service tech today.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem and possibly a solution?
Thanks
Dean

Question for The Toads, Did you try the magnet? Did it work? I have been watching this thread to see how you made out. Just curious.

Just went through the same thing, in fact picked the coach up on Friday after the repair.
Tech said the magnet may or may not work. Hold the magnet under the red light, if you hear a click it has been reset and should be ok.

One other option is to unplug the 12v in and out on the recall box. Place the 12v in on the 12v out terminal. If it's the recall box the refrig should function as normal.

Mine went out after going through a truck car wash. Within in 30 minutes the code was flashing.

The magnet fix needs you to keep the magnet on top of the box for 10 to 20 seconds then it will reset. That is if this is a recall box fix. Ours trips every time we pressure wash the rv and once after a driving hard rain. Fist time the magnet didn't work but then I found that it has to be held there a while. That tip cost me $60 but the last 2 times I knew so it was free

Yes the magnet works. As soon as it clicked the fridge fired up on propane and we have not had any problems since. Taking off in a week for a month down to So Cal, so we will be testing the fix out.
And yes the magnet is going with us
Thanks to everyone

Mine kept going out and the box replaced 3 times.
Complained to Norcold abut it when we were on the road
and brought it to Ann Arbor Mi and they re-grounded that circuit
and have not had any problems since. I still carry a jumper wire with
just in case. Grounding is the key here is what I understand.
The magnet trick has never worked for me. Glad you got yours fixed.
