Hello, I just registered on this forum. I have a 2012 Winnebago Vista 30T. Anyone else out there with this same rig? Appreciate making a connection.

Thank you!

I have the 26P version. Should very very similar mechanically. Does yours have the Gas V10?

I did a quick check and other than the extra slide and 4 foot length the other primary systems are the same. Welcome and ping me for questions you might have. 1st RV for us. Blessed to get ours a with only 20 K on it. Telltale for us was the previous owner being a retired Air Force vet. Very well maintained. We have already put 28K on it

I purchased a 2019 Sunstar LX 30T in early 2021. Love this thing. Enjoy the ride!!

Fortunately I can say I have not. Do you have the Jensen setup?
came with the Jensen XRV10. One day, while listening, the amp put out a high decible squeal that fried all of my tweeters at once. The head was dead. Winnebago sold me all of the parts to replace the radio at a mere $1600. All replaced and works great. Sony head. Only problem is my Radio Power circuit will not power up the radio on shore power. I think there is a hidden fuse or relay?

my radio has a cutoff switch to turn off radio drain in storage. This is not toggled off is it? You setup looks slightly different but same system.

Just a note of confusion? I'm missing what you are saying on the power question as I don't see the radio being directly powered by 110 AC?
Can you tell us more about what you are seeing?
Two situations seem likely? One is if you leave the radio on the chassis battery and use it without starting the engine, it will eventually run down the chassis battery in many RV as the chassis battery doesn't get charged off the converter, plugged to shore power or not.
Maybe this will help?

Or is it something else?
