Welcome to the group and hope all goes well on the RV!
One big question to ask, though? Is this RV thing a new learning curve for you folks?
If that is true, I might first throw in a small word about the batteries. Do watch the voltage and the water on them as there are some tricks not mentioned in the manuals!
Things like the battery disconnect switches, DON'T disconnect ALL the drains and that may let the batteries go dead when stored?
But at the same time that we may turn the disconnect off to save the batteries, it also cuts the connection to the converter that charges them!
That means that if you leave the RV plugged in to keep the batteries UP, it also leaves the 12VDC items powered to use that 12VDC you produce! ARRGH?
Also the chassis battery is often not charged if we are plugged in.
That may need some checking to see if that is true on your specific RV, as things may have been added or changed by previous owners.
RV owners tend to be DIY dedicated folks who like to change things, so stay alert and watch the batteries to catch if they are running down while stored.
Probably the most frequent problem we find here at the start of the camping season is that folks have dead batteries and that can mean expense for new ones that might have been avoided!
Not to put a pox on the new RV but I like to try to give new users a headsup to avoid disappointment!
