New to Us... Winnebago Hike 171DB Travel Trailer

A year or so ago (while still in a Revel) we began our search for a small, family-oriented trailer to facilitate bringing other family members along on some of our camping adventures. The Revel was sold to a wonderful couple in UT. We moved up to a Class B (NOMAD RV) but still sought that unicorn for the grandkids to be able to participate. Well, our searching is over having recently acquired a well-cared for and upgraded Hike 171DB. Happy today that the gremlins of that model year were sorted out by the previous owners. I will be upgrading the AGM batts to lithium with a changed controller to a Victron (removing the Zamp). Otherwise, most everything is great!
Quick question for anyone else with a Hike. Have you been able to source any additional crossbars for the exoskeleton? I haven’t been to a dealership to ask about this yet and thought someone else may have also been adding on…

The Hike model was pretty short lived so not a lot of members here, but there are a few active posters.

As to the dealer helping with modifications to the exoskeleton... I'm calling that wishful thinking. I'd suggest looking for a group of specific Hike owners - like on Facebook Groups. Here's one, but there are others search Winnebago Hike in the FB Groups tab.
