Just purchased a 2013 Vista and named her Vicky. 27N and we are learning something new about her everyday!! We are on our first camping trip this weekend in Cape May, NJ. So far so good everything is working but still have to figure out how to hook to camp cable TV.

Congrats!
For camp cable connections there is a port likely near or in the wet bay.
Then go find the antenna signal booster likely nearer to the crank up antenna or in the electric cabinet inside (don’t know your specific coach). You need to turn that off then switch the input in the TV from antenna to cable and rescan for channels.

Just arrived at Lake and Shore near Sea Isle City. If you plan to come to the shore frequently, be sure to check out Thousand Trails. They have 2 parks near the shore. Enjoy!

Cable TV in connector in wet bay goes to a plate inside the RV where you can switch between the roof top antenna and the cable connector. In my 2015 Vista 27N that plate is in the compartment above the passenger seat on the right wall. That plate has a small push button switch and a small LED. Push the button so the LED is lit to watch from the roof top antenna. Push so LED is not lit and the TVs get connected to the cable TV in jack on the plate in the wet bay.

Either way you have to use the remotes on your TVs to go into setup menu to update the scan of the channels before you can watch anything after you have connected to cable TV and set the pushbutton the right way. Have fun with your new 27N. It's a great RV.
