New to RVing

Hello, And Thank You for letting me join. I am new to RVing. This is my fist RV.
I am hoping to make the best of it. I am wanting to travel around all winter. But I am not able to find out how to get the furnace to work. Have no idea, what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

1. RV Model Year?
2. RV Model number?
3. Amount of propane in your tank?
4. Is the propane stove operational?
5. Are other 12 VDC appliances working OK?
6. What furnace name and model do you have?
7. What furnace thermostat name and model do you have?
