New owner of sunstar 31be and need help

Happy to be a part of this site. Purchased new in 2019. Not a lot of camping yet. I use the refrigerator quite a bit until it quit. My problem is it does not get cold, even a little bit. Tried both electric and gas. ON gas I know its coming out as it gets hot, but not the coils, and on ac nothing. The front panel lights on the Norcold N8X all work. No blinking lights to trouble shoot. Coach batteries read 12.3v. Original NAPA batteries. Any and all help will be appreciated. // On a different note, does anybody know where the physical location of the inverter is on this model?

Two small points? One is what the actual age /date of the RV as it could be a new 2018 bought in 2019?
Should be a manual for the frig and likely a troubleshooting flow chart with the bag of info you got with the RV? If not an online check for manual may find one ?
