New Owner of a Minnie 2529RG

My wife and I just bought a Minnie 2529RG. We have questions about adding a portable solar panel and another battery. Best way to boondock and empty our waste tanks without moving the trailer. Also is it common practice to chock both wheels. Any help would be appreciated!
