New navion owner, last rv was 2002

We are new to this rv, it is a 25' class c 2017 with 12000 miles. very nice. Hope to find lots of info here and help over time. Currently have a led board display not displaying on norcold m3150. suspect bad power or a board, anyone have experience with this? Also have a coach battery that will not disconnect with switch. Suspect a solenoid somewhere but cannot locate yet.
