New Minnie Winnie owner questions

Greetings to the Community. I have never met a a nicer group in the campgrounds than RV and trailer owners, maybe because they are on their dream journeys. My questions about our new ride are, our table makes a racket when we travel down the road, I tried tightening it but still make noise, suggestions? I also have a little bit of black water residue when I take the cap off the drain when I am going to dump, suggestions?

I hate that. You are having a valve leak. Starts small and grows. I purchased a valve that attaches to the clean out. So it is my 2nd line of defense. I never get seepage from it. If and when I do, I’ll buy another. Of course this was because my valve was in a very hard place to get to to replace, on my old trailer.
