New Member Introduction

Hello everyone, thanks for the add to the group. We (Al & Sharry) have been RVing for over 25 years with 5th-wheels. It was time to replace the last one and we decided to do something different... upgrade... to a Class A. After lots of research and advice from friends on other RV groups, we decided to get a diesel-pusher. Bought a used one to see if we really want to do this. We've had it about three weeks. Took a week to get our 'stuff' from the 5th-wheel 'mostly' back into the DP.
Did not get any maintenance records with the DP, so took it to Holt Cat in San Antonio for a thorough check-up and complete maintenance... got to start somewhere with records.
We bought a 2007 Winnebago Journey 39K (39') DP with 3 slides, central A/C with Heat Pump, 8k Onan, In-Motion Sat., etc.

Welcome I am sure you will like your new DP. We bought a 2005 DP and love it. We did not get Maint. Records so did the same as you... Yes have to start somewhere. Safe Travel and enjoy Easier set up and Take down.
