Chief Wolle, looks like your image did not post. Here’s some helpful information for posting photos.

How do I attach a file to a post?

To attach a file to your post, you need to be using the main 'New Post' or 'New Thread' page and not 'Quick Reply'. To use the main 'New Post' page, click the 'Post Reply' button in the relevant thread.

On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. You can upload an attachment either from your computer or from another URL by using the appropriate box on this page. Alternatively you can click the Attachment Icon to open this page.

To upload a file from your computer, click the 'Browse' button and locate the file. To upload a file from another URL, enter the full URL for the file in the second box on this page. Once you have completed one of the boxes, click 'Upload'.

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window. You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

What files types can I use? How large can attachments be?

In the attachment window you will find a list of the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. Files that are larger than these sizes will be rejected. There may also be an overall quota limit to the number of attachments you can post to the board.

How do I add an image to a post?

If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing
after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert pictures from your albums (?) in this way too.

Wolfgang, Welcome to the forum. Someone with the HWH system should be along to help you. Tell us what is problem with the HWH system.

Here's the link to all HWH manuals for Winnebagos back to 2001.

https://www.hwhcorp.com/winnebago2017_diagrams.html

For earlier models it looks like you need to find your HWH model number and then go to this website to get schematics and other information:

https://www.hwhcorp.com/winnebago2001_diagrams.html

According to this sheet you are looking for an HWH "AP# _ _ _ _ _ _"

My guess is that your HWH jack are similar to new models, so what's the problem?

Do you have any slide out rooms?

Can you post pictures?

Is your RV in Germany or USA?

many many thanks for the great support here, one of my Jack's doesn’t go back and in the extended test run it only goes up to half bent? Unfortunately, Winnebago cannot help me here either! twice query about HWH no answer I found out because my numbers were painted over on the socket. The old jacks at the back have the new number AP11804, meanwhile no longer available. This night I finally got an answer from HWH after I started an order process. the new replacement is called Rap0040 and the number is AP40520.

Chief: Here's a website link to your jack:

https://www.hwhcorp.com/mr265415.pdf

If your jack is not retracting it could be...

* Weak jack springs

* Bent cylinder

* Dry seals... Just spray with WD-40 to loosen up and see if this solves your problem.

* Clogged jack shuttle valve.

* Not enough fluid in your reservoir.

* Debris in your reservoir... Time for a fluid change. (Just just basic red Dexron III.) ...get a 12V scavenge pump and suck your old fluid out.

All of these HWH systems are very similar to one another.

* The 4 big solenoids on top are for your jacks. To confirm one solenoid is bad, swap solenoids and see what happens.

Attached is a HWH325 Jack Trouble Shooting Manual. This may not be the right manual for your system, but it may have some useful information for you to consider.
