My wife and I are new owners of a leftover 2024 Adventurer 35F. We love the layout and are excited to get going on the next phase of our lives. Unfortunately, we dropped our rig off at the dealer a week ago, to have them to fix a few issues that we discovered when we got it home. Some of the issues we brought to their attention before and on delivery day that were not taken care of. Some are minor like wires hanging in places they shouldn’t be and a fuse panel cover that was not replaced. Another is a small hole I discovered in the figerglass roof edge. Other issues are some Ford error messages that I will need to take to a dealer to get corrected.

Needless to say, we are not “happy campers” at the moment, as the RV dealer is waiting on Winnebago warrantee approval.

We’re happy to be here a share adventures with you all!

Good luck with Winnebago, they make an outstanding Class A motorhome, however receiving parts is like pulling hen's teeth. I would suggest that you personally get a hold of Winnebago Customer Care and voice your concerns and ask for their help!! Don’t depend on your dealer!!

I second the motion to call Customer Support. I've dealt with them several times to resolve problems, and they delivered every time with enthusiasm. The folks I've talked with had experience building the product. Kudos.

At times we meet people who are just "that sort"! One thing that can speed the response is going over their head!
For instance, if they are not willing to make the phone calls to get things done, try a different approach?

Sometimes letting them know you are calling Winnebago as you stand in their office is one way to up the stakes and it can change things pretty quick!

I've learned to NEVER take delivery of an RV with outstanding issues. Once the dealer has your money (or the banks), in their pocket, they loose ALL incentive to rectify problems. "I'm not taking delivery until that is fixed." works miracles. Suddenly unavailable parts come out of nowhere. Maybe off of another RV on their lot, but that isn't your problem.

are any of the issues you are dealing with are plumbing or water leaks. I like the 35F but am adverse to plumbing issues.
Thanks
